Nice formal dresses worn one time priced extra cheap for those who have missed proms, dances , banquets, etc because of the expensive cost a formal dresses whether bought new or used on sale sites still priced at prices unaffordable to many as it's sad to say someone miss a once to know lifetime event because the cost of dresses are outrageous.
